Vibrant art glass brooch with a central flower design comprised of goldtone petals and cabochons that resemble fire opals. The outer circle of leaves have small plastic turquoise beads and ruby colored rhinestones. A single small faux pearl takes center stage. The setting, plating and beadwork are quite similar to pieces marked Art, though this brooch is not marked. The opal-like cabochons are unfoiled. Measures 1 1/2" in diameter and will go with just about any outfit. This vintage costume jewelry brooch is likely from the 1950s or 1960s and is in overall excellent condition.
