McKee Kemple Quintec pattern bowl measuring 4 1/4" high and 8 1/2" across the top. Comprised of patterned hobstars, cane panels and fine point panels, the Quintec pattern originated with the McGlass Glass Company between 1913 and 1915. Kemple continued to make the pattern from McKee molds after 1945. This bowl has its share of stretch marks and air bubbles and one of the hobstars is missing the pattern in the center along the mold line. Does this make it more or less desireable? You'll have to answer that question for yourself. There a not cracks in this antique glass bowl, and there is one tiny rough spot that qualifies as a small chip along the edge of one of the sawtooths. Given its age, and its one flaw, I would say this bowl is in excellent, though not mint, condition. This item will be double boxed for secure and safe shipping.
