The inside could use a bit of leather cleaner to remove light pen marks and light wear. The outside is in great condition with barely any wear at all. Genuine Dooney, however, the tag was ripped out at some point. Measures 8 1/2" wide, 6 1/2" high and 3" deep. The waist length strap is adjustable.
