Carrollton Pottery Co fruit, dessert or sauce bowl with a spray of pink flowers on each side. Carrollton was one of the early Ohio pottery companies and operated from 1903 through the late 1930s. They later became a part of the American China Corporation in 1929, according to Lois Lehner's Encyclopedia of U.S. Marks on Pottery, Porcelain and Clay. In fairly good condition, with some minor wear to the rim and a streak of discoloration in the bowl. There is a surface hairline crack to the outside of the bowl. No other noticeable chips, cracks or crazing. Measures 4 7/8". Marked Carrolton China with an H.
