A wonderful primitive redware bowl that is almost certainly 19th century and likely a piece of early PA redware. It has numerous nuances and imperfections that indicate that is was definitely handcrafted, and is in excellent overall condition. It is glazed inside and out, but not on the bottom, where the bas relief number 800G appears. Measures 6 1/2" across and 2 1/2" high. Full of character and charm, this is one of three bowls that we have, which will be listed separately. A great piece of history for your primitive pottery collection.
