Basket measures 6.75" across the top, and 3.5" high not counting the stationary handle, approximately 8.5" if you include the handle. Very light scuff marks that are barely worth mentioning. This is a consignment item and does come from a smoking home, but laundering of the liner and a day in the sunshine will refresh it again.
